Responsibilities
- Provide frontline support for Kronos scheduling, shift swap, trade, open shift, and shift bidding functionalities.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to Kronos and employee engagement enterprise applications.
- Offer support for other applications, including employee engagement tools, by troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
- Analyze data sets to identify and resolve data gaps within Kronos interfaces and other supported applications.
- Manage minor configurations, user profiles, and administer cloud services for Kronos and related applications.
- Monitor and update tickets within ServiceNow or other ticketing systems.
- Respond to telephone calls, emails, and personal requests for technical support related to Kronos and other supported applications.
- Assist stations in setting up bids and provide support for bidding processes.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to Kronos and employee engagement enterprise applications.
- Work with L3 and SAS product vendor if the issue can be resolved.
- Submit Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) to keep stakeholders informed of support activities.
- Attend meetings for status updates, feedback, and technical inputs.
- Develop and maintain how-to guides for Kronos and other supported applications, ensuring they are regularly updated with relevant information.
- Ensure optimal daily performance of Kronos systems and other supported applications.
- Track warranties and inventory related to Kronos equipment and software.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in supporting enterprise applications.
- Kronos experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Kronos scheduling, shift management, and related functionalities.
- Experience providing support for other applications, preferably in the employee engagement space.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues effectively across multiple platforms.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize requests.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with end-users and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
