IF you are buying or selling,I would highly recommend you use Remax generations We used the one in lebanon mo... Brittany Rae she was our realtor on this selling our home. she helped us with everything and took care of alot of negotiating.. let me tell you a little short story, in the past 2years ago i put this house up for sale well i went through through 2 real estate companys they did not do anything to sell it....SO i found Remax and brittany Rae, and you know what she sold my house in two weeks.We are so very impressed with her ecxcellent of her skills, very very i would highly recommend Brittany Rae...... Brittany is Awesome. She worked hard for us. Brittany listened to all our wants and needs, and did her best to find us what we were looking for and never pushed to find a home out of our price range. She made time for us on our schedule. Brittany also helped us with setting us up with a great mortgage company. If you are looking for an agent, I highly recommend Brittany. I highly recommend Brittany for your real estate needs. From the first time we met with her until we signed at closing she kept us informed of the progress every step of the way. She answered all our questions in a timely and accurate manner. When necessary Brittany gave us valuable suggestions as to how and what to do to prepare our house for showing. She was with us during each and every step of the negotiation process and assisted us in obtaining the best possible price for our property. During the next several weeks she was our go to person for questions, concerns and interface with the other parties. She made our selling experience a pleasant one!

Brittany was a God-send! She was not only our real estate agent for our home in Lebanon, MO, but we loved working with her so much that we chose her to help us find our home here in Rogersville, MO. She was not only able to help us sell our home quickly, but was also able to help us find our new home and close all within a 2 month time frame. Brittany is not only honest & hardworking, but very pleasant to work with...great communicator & very encouraging. We've had other realtors that "say" they work for you, but Brittany really "did" work for us...she went above & beyond. It wasn't all smooth, both selling and buying, but she was wonderful through it all. We would highly recommend working with Brittany!

Brittany was the listing agent for a business property I was interested in, however the property was already under contract when I contacted her the first time. She was very helpful and offered to call me if the current contract was terminated. When the first contract was cancelled she immediately contacted me to set up a showing. I made an offer that was accepted but I had many questions about the property that Brittany was able to answer in a timely manor. Overall her professionalism, attention to our needs and quick response to our questions would cause me to recommend her to anyone that is in need of selling or purchasing a property.
