As a Project Manager with HTV Charlotte, your dedicated role is to efficiently organize, plan, communicate, and execute projects while managing critical constraints such as budgets and schedules. This dynamic position will require you to work collaboratively across cross-functional groups within Ad Operations, as well as with Sales and Finance disciplines to ensure successful project delivery. You will report to the Director of Ad Technical Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements and identify project constraints to work to optimize project execution
  • Act as a liaison *** ween teams to ensure alignment and coordination
  • Lead and monitor project progress with clear direction and priorities, taking corrective action when necessary to keep projects on track

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field, preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
  • Experience as a Project Manager with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and proficiency in software and tools
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Occasional travel or remote work based on project needs and business requirements

As a Project Manager in the BSPM team, you will support projects, programs and initiatives within the *** Technology & Operations division, which supports a wide array of Technology areas which include Broadcast, Post Production, Field Engineering, Non-Linear, Sport, and News. Your Role Accountabilities:

Project Management

  • Manage multiple projects and initiatives that drive growth or financial/business efficiencies for the company.
  • Guides multi-disciplinary technology and operational teams in the achievement of project objectives and business related outcomes. Facilitates team information and workflow. Effectively manages project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinates and tracks technology and operational project resources, staff, assets and schedules to ensure timely project deliverables and business outcomes. Interacts with internal and external stakeholders to exchange complex information related to assigned activities.
  • Maintains standard and custom project artefacts including charters/project briefs, requirements documents, project plans, RAID logs, RACI charts, and project close-out documents. Prioritizes, tracks, reports, and triages all project risks, issues and decisions reported by partners or internal departments.
  • Responsible for transition of a completed delivery project to a "business-as-usual" operational state.
  • Effectively resolves problems and roadblocks as they occur.
  • Serves as key contact with project team members to resolve project resource co *** icts.
  • Tracks budget for the team and participates in purchase approval process.
  • Ownership and Commitment. This role requires a willingness to exert discretionary effort and a personal commitment to project success.

Continual Improvement

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Degree required or equivalent or 3+ years of project management experience.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft 365 platform, project planning tools (MS Project or Smartsheet), PPM tools such as Planview's AdaptiveWork.
  • 2+ years of business or technical experience.
  • 3+ years project-related experience.
  • Prince2, AgilePM, PMP or CAPM preferred.
  • Some knowledge of or experience with SDLC or ITIL preferred.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Critical thinking & Problem solving: Drive positive outcomes and forward progress by navigating interdependencies, analyzing risk, and facilitating solutions.
  • Leadership: Act as liaison *** ween PMO, engineering, product, and executive stakeholders to build strategic partnerships and provide leadership perspective that drives decisions in ambiguous or difficult situations to avoid miscommunication and delays.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a project/program manager
  • Knowledge and execution of agile development methodologies and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project planning tools (like the Atlassian suite) which facilitate tracking for large projects, but also enough flexibility to support groups that do not work within those toolsets.

You may also have

  • Past experience in a large-scale internet or technology-based organization, *** company, or agency.

The Projects Team is the glue for CSSU creative development and production - holding everyone accountable to the overarching project goal. The Manager role is pivotal in leading the team who are project managing the production of all pre-produced content created for *** Sports linear brands. This position is responsible for long range planning, keeping up with changing business needs and helping to create strategic workflows to meet the needs of the business. They are the main point of contact for various internal and external partners to ensure all creative projects have the project management support they need. They are the key partner for their creative counterparts in ensuring the creative production team's projects run seamlessly.

Job Responsibilities:

Project ownership (60%)

  • Manage projects from start-to-end by defining project scope, developing detailed project plans and milestones, managing production schedules, leading communication, providing status updates, and delivering final assets.
  • Liaison *** ween various groups touching a project including, but not limited to CSSU creative, multi *** , production, production management, programming, design, business teams, marketing, sales and sponsorship, league, legal,andtalent services.
  • Create, monitor, and maintain tracking grids/system for all projects.

Job Description

Manage all client campaigns through the project lifecycle, including scoping projects and timelines, creating estimates, as well as managing budgets and work-back schedules. Role Purpose:

The Project Manager, SAP S4will be part of the S/4 Program Team in the newly formed Finance Systems Transformation Office. About the Role

In this role, you'll serve as Project Manager for Foundry's Content Operations ("FCO") team across a variety of Lifestyle verticals (Auto, Travel, Retail, etc.). You'll be responsible for managing the production of Native Content, including the fulfillment of operational and administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) facilitating creative team assignments, budget and project tracking, and regular communication of project status updates.

The ideal candidate brings project management experience from a publisher, *** company and/or agency. Creative problem solving, excellent project management skills, compatibility with a variety of working styles and top-notch organization are all key attributes of ideal candidates for this job. In addition to daily tasks such as invoicing, contracting, and database (Airtable) tracking, you'll work closely with an Associate Director-level lead to understand the budget requirements, resourcing needs, schedule considerations, and production logistics of a project, then orchestrate the people, content, and funds to turn that project into reality. We'll work to quickly onboard you so that you'll be owning small-scale executions within a month's time, and empowering you to bring your own problem-solving & project management skills to our team.

  • Project Management
    • Work closely with client activation lead to establish project timelines
    • Ensure budgets are allocated appropriately at kickoff, and team allowances do not exceed the approved COGs
    • Act as the center of information for a native project; organizing all pertinent information, clarifying deliverables needed, engaging the appropriate team members and external partners, and clearly communicating project needs, deliverables, deadlines, and individual responsibilities
  • Comprehensive Project Tracking
    • Maintain Airtable database to maintain detailed filing of deliverables, project coding, expense tracking, and team assignments
    • Alert finance stakeholders of project status including anticipated spend, overall project revenue, and flight dates of native content
  • Vendor Maintenance and Contracting
    • Source, negotiate, contract, and onboard vendors (e.g. freelance writers, photographers, illustrators, etc)
    • Oversee invoicing for all executed contracts on assigned programs
  • Pre Sale Scoping
    • Assist with creative brainstorms to create budget estimates, and inform timelines during pitch phase
  • Deliverable Management
    • Package up creative deliverables for the internal teams in a timely and organized manner
    • Communicate necessary caveats, notes and questions for client activation team in client-friendly manner
    • Effectively distill, translate, and address client feedback in a professional, and solutions-oriented manner
  • Quality Assurance
    • Conduct quality assurance on all client deliverables

    • Act as photo production lead on all custom digital and print programs, overseeing production logistics, spending, contracting, creative development, and execution from pre- to post- production
    • Supervise photo productions to ensure shoots run efficiently, effectively and deliver against program expectations
    • Work with Studio managers to gather availability of studio spaces and internal production crew

Qualifications and Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant work experience and qualifications to be equally weighted

Experience

  • 2-4 years in a full-time production or project management position, preferably at a publisher, *** company and/or agency
  • Experience working on photoshoots is a plus

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Gmail is required

Pay Range
Salary: $56,000 - $80,000

The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future.
