RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- CBS 58 learned new details about the three victims injured in a shooting in Racine on Monday, Sept. 3.

Racine police reported Tuesday, Sept. 7, two of the victims are in stable condition and one victim remains in critical condition.

Police identified the ages of the victims; they are 21, 18, and 17.

The shooting remains under investigation.

Police say it happened around 12 a.m. Three people are now hospitalized, and people say one of the victims is a 17-year-old.

Investigators -- including the FBI -- were on scene for more than 10 hours Monday searching in and around one home.

There were multiple police markers on the grass and in the street.

Neighbors describe the scene as mass chaos, with people running toward 12th and Racine immediately after rapid gunfire.

“Like it's kind of normal around here, like to hear gunshots -- but not that many. I've never experienced like that type of thing."

"It's been a lot more gang activity, more shootings, violence, fights, all of that," one neighbor said.

Another neighbor told CBS 58 this is the second time in two months that he's heard gunshots around here.
