Ensure that there are no anti-virus software or firewall settings blocking the installation of Synapse 3.

We are aware of existing installation issues with the Smart App Control that comes with newly installed Windows 11 systems. We are currently in discussion with Microsoft for the fix to be made available in a future Windows update. In the meantime, check for Windows updates regularly.

A new device will not light up if its existing lighting is in Advanced Effects. Perform either of the following options on the Razer Synapse 3:

• Click on the "LIGHTING" tab and select the preferred quick effects.
• Go to "CHROMA STUDIO" to apply the preferred lighting on the new device.

Razer Synapse 3 alphanumeric keymapping utilizes the US layout keycode for each character.

Utilize the Key Recording feature when the system keyboard language is not set to US English. This will ensure that the intended keycode is captured for key mapping.

Ensure to disable other RGB software (for example SignalRGB, OpenRGB, and the like) before using Razer Synapse.
