`"On 2-29-2024, | was administratively assigned to investigative National Center For Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC)
`CyberTipline Report # 185789347. The NCMECis an online reporting mechanism for casesofchild sexual exploitation including
`child p*rnography, online enticement of children for sex acts, molestation of children outside the family, sex tourism of children,
`child victimsofprostitution, and unsolicited obscene material sent to a child. NCMECstaff reviews reports, sometimes doing
`basic analysis work, and thendistributes the CyberTip Report to the appropriate investigatory agencies for review. The
`CyberTipline Reports were originated from a reviewer from Kik. Kik provided the following suspect information:

`(CSAM). NCMEC advised the suspect's Kik accountsent the videosin an online chat by advising on both reported videos, “Video
`was sent from this user to another uservia private chat message”. Your Affiant personally viewed these files and believed one
`video (MD5: bat92b19f03d6eb468fcd31b2106bbab) waslikely involving a juvenile but was age difficult. | confirmed oneofthefile
`metthe definition of child p*rnography, pursuant to §847.001(3), Florida Statutes. The following is a description of a video I

`0938). During the conversation, Eldridge invited the other person to “Kik”. Additionally, the other person sent Eldridge a picture
`of Eldridge’s Kik account confirming the account belongedto Eldridge. The picture showed a profile picture partially showing
`Eldrige’s face,listed the vanity name “Bob Allen” and UserName “BobGay2”andthat Eldridge’s Kik account had “1741 day on
`Kik’. The Kik informationin the picture matched the Suspect's account information in CyberTipline Report 185789347. The
`application, “Kik” was installed on Eldrige’s phone.
