About This Event
Try something new and create your own candle before class! Look for our candle add on available with your registration. PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO START TIME IF YOU ARE MAKING A CANDLE.
For seating purposes PLEASE advise us upon making reservations if you will be meeting friends, along with some names, OR if attending SOLO.All family members are welcome to paint with their children. If you do not wish to paint, you may sit with your child if seating permits. We ask that if another painter needs the seat to move to another spot in the studio. We ask that you allow your children to discover their own creativity and not help them to "correct" their painting. Applaud their effort and encourage their journey!
Arrive 15-20 minutes early to get smocked & in your seat! If you desire more time to unwind. If you are coming with others, but making reservations separately, give us your group’s name or point person in the Special Request box. We will seat you together! You are invited to bring your own finger foods in case you get hungry during the break. We provide cups and wine openers. We do NOT provide ice, so please bring with you if you needed.

PAYMENT POLICY: Payment online or via phone is required to guarantee your reservation. If you choose to not pay online, please call the studio at (305) 204-6964 to pay by phone.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: We require more than 24 hrs. notice to provide you a gift certificate valid ONLY for one year from the given date. Tardiness exceeding 30 minutes, or more is your responsibility to finish on time. Less than 2 hours’ notice, NO CREDIT. Parties of 10 or more must cancel 7 days before the date of the class. (Please leave a message if calling after hours, as calls are time stamped.) NO SHOWS WILL NOT RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT.

You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

Refund/Cancellation
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PUBLIC CLASSES: If you notify the studio more than 48 hours from your reservation date, a full refund will be issued upon request. If you notify the studio with 24 hours notice or more, from your reservation date, studio credit will be issued for your use towards a future event. If you notify the studio less than 24 hours from the event start time, no refund or credit will be issued. No shows will not be issued store credit or refunds.
FINAL PAYMENT & REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PRIVATE EVENTS:
Final payments are due one week prior to your event date you will be receiving a link via email to process your payment.
If you notify the studio two weeks from your reservation date, a full refund will be issued upon request. If you notify the studio one week from your reservation date, a studio credit will be issued for your use towards a future event. If you notify the studio less than 48 hours from the event’s start time, no refund or credit will be issued. If you need to reschedule your event within a 48-hour start period, a $100 rescheduling fee will be collected. No shows will not be issued store credit or refunds.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes or later you may not be allowed to paint and lose the registration fee and subject to a $50 fee per 30 minutes of late time. Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled event time and we will have a blast!
