Worst service in technology. @ATT has me on hold for over an hour twice today with no live person to talk to about billing issues. Cannot access account on line because ATT has new sign in requirements that don’t work and cause account freezing. #Verizon , here we come. #ATTtv

There's no @Verizon cell service in this area, so evacuation orders wouldn't reach us even if the cell towers had power (SCE pre-emptively turned off power hours earlier). If we didn't the hear low-flying helicopters, we wouldn't have known until it was right on top of us.

I pay way too much money to @Verizon for my service to be this bad and for them to be like, "Sorry your only option left is warranty." This is the 2nd warranty phone that doesn't work right. The last one somehow was cracked between leaving my house and getting to their facility.

@VZWSupport This has nothing to do with billing info. I said it’s access to my online account which I got resolved after being on hold for 20 minutes and another 30 minutes of hassle. Your system sucks.

@VerizonSupport special THANKS to repair technician Ruben in the Bronx for getting my dad's phone back up and running after previous techs couldn't get it right! It's been out of service for months!
