Looking at Crumbl’s rise to fame, it is easy to get caught up in the excitement and noise around the business. The business was started in 2017 in one state, by two cousins, while one of them was attending college. Six years and one pandemic later, they have grown to over 900 locations stretching across two countries. To say that Crumbl underwent a meteoric rise is an understatement. When a franchise starts to grow at such a rate, it can tend to outgrow the market demand. Being a young franchise, it is understandable that this could be a misstep by the founders. Is it something that Crumbl cannot recover from? Time will tell. The Implosion of Crumbl Cookies https://bit.ly/3WjD3vo

Have you ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes of a successful coffee shop franchise?Well, let me tell you a story.Meet Jonathan Golden, the founder of Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee Company. This visionary entrepreneur has built not just a coffee business, but a community that focuses on the intersection of mission and local culture. But how does he do it?By studying the needs and preferences of each community his franchise serves, he's able to create a unique experience tailored to the locals. Now, you might be thinking, "What about the financial side of things? Is this approach profitable?"Well, let me share some numbers with you.Jonathan's coffee houses aim to achieve a net profit margin between 10% and 20%.Considering the 5% royalty fee for franchisees, that's still a solid 15% net profit. Not too shabby, right? But it's not just about the money. What sets Land of a Thousand Hills apart from other coffee shop franchises is their dedication to the community.By studying and understanding the local culture, they're able to create a space that truly resonates with the people. So, if you're considering starting a coffee shop business, why not take a page out of Jonathan's book?Study the community, align with a mission, and create a unique experience that will keep customers coming back for more.Remember, it's not just about the coffee – it's about the connection. And who knows? With the right approach, you might just build the next big coffee franchise.Repost this if you want to learn how to make a 15% net profit with a unique coffee business.Judges:Ray Titus: https://lnkd.in/eZ96A5PwJohn Clancy: https://lnkd.in/ePACzG4TPatrick McGee: https://lnkd.in/eQfhQMx7Sherri Seiber: https://lnkd.in/eVp9_dKzOur Franchise Hot Seat Guest:Land of a Thousand Hills: https://lnkd.in/eahQ_Ncb#CoffeeShopFranchise #CommunityFocused #BusinessMargins

Buying into a franchise may seem easy, but it's essential to ask yourself: does this franchise align with your personal values and goals? It's not just about the proven systems, corporate support, and brand recognition. It's about whether the franchise aligns with your values and can help you achieve your entrepreneurial goals and aspirations.Entrepreneurship is a broad term.It includes high risk, sleepless nights, demanding interpersonal discipline, strong leadership qualities, and never clocking out. There are many positive reasons to buy into a franchise that help alleviate some of the overwhelming risks, unknowns, and pressures of being a business owner. The systems & processes have been proven, and corporate support and brand recognition provide a layer of mental security. Six years ago, I had a different vision. Not one franchise was selling what I was envisioning as the next fitness model. This is possibly due to the complexity of creating and executing the operational system to implement the idea.Needless to say, I jumped on what was keeping me up at night, and three years later, it has been worth the jump and risk. Growing a new start-up company is not easy and takes time. @FusionAthleticClub and the team that makes the gears work have proven that the vision was worth the risk. If you doubt following your vision, I hope this gives you some direction and encouragement to follow your internal instinct. It can provide you with an enormous amount of self-accomplishment and limitless possibilities. Big news coming soon for @FusionAthleticClub

The plan for Franchise Playbook was born exactly one year ago TODAY! The road here was not easy but man it has been fun! Seven people came to a two day event in Madison Wisconsin last week because they believe can and will help them achieve their goals as business owners. What social media makes appear easy is far from it. This has been 10 years in the making. A vision I had since I was a part of a franchise system in 2014. The growth Voda is experiencing is simply a cumulative effect of our 7 person team (soon to be 10) who ALL have owned a business at one point. We are pooling our experience to create this. This is 7 days a week. This is absolute GRIT. This is a lot of sleepless nights and facing the most uncomfortable situations. It’s continuing to invest into people, technology and systems. It’s me not taking a dollar from the business in a year and making a seven figure investment all on a leap of faith. Most importantly A TON of “that will never work”, “you’re crazy”, “that will fail”, “why do you think you’re so special” or my favorite one “there are so many restoration companies already” But here we are. One year later. Preparing to really start making it happen. The plan that was put into motion started one year ago today and we are ready to really start executing on that plan. Gearing up for a hell of a Q4!!!!

Have you ever found yourself daydreaming about owning a franchise, only to be jolted back to reality by the staggering price tag? You're not alone. Many people have shared with me their aspirations of owning a McDonald's franchise, only to be deterred by the million and a half dollar investment. But here's the thing.Owning a franchise doesn't necessarily mean you need to be in the fast-food industry, nor does it mean you need to have a million dollars lying around.Let's shift our perspective a bit.Today, the franchise landscape is teeming with opportunities that cater to the needs of the Gen Z population. These are service businesses that require a significantly lower investment - think 40, 50, or under a $100,000.Sounds more manageable, right?Take one of my students, for instance. He recently became a franchisee of Dryer Vent Superheroes, a service business that required an investment of about $40,000.That's a far cry from a million and a half dollars, wouldn't you agree? And the best part? These service businesses often provide a sense of fulfillment that's hard to find in other industries. They're affordable, scalable, and can be owned in multiples over time. So, if you've been contemplating owning a franchise but have been put off by the cost, remember this:There's a whole world of low-cost service businesses out there, waiting for you to take the plunge. And who knows? You might just find that perfect combination of affordability, fulfillment, and potential growth that you've been searching for.Service businesses, low cost, Gen Z - it's a match made in franchise heaven.Repost this if you found it beneficial in understanding how affordable and fulfilling owning a low-cost franchise can be.#LowCostFranchise #ServiceBusinesses #GenZEntrepreneurship

When you're looking into buying a franchise, you might get hung up on the upfront stuff, like the fees you have to pay, including those royalties that seem to eat into your profits. But here's the thing. It's not just about what you're handing over; it's about what you're getting into—a whole network that's got your back. So, you're thinking about those royalties, right? Maybe 6 to 8 percent and you're like, "Man, that's a chunk of my hard-earned cash!" But, hold up. Being part of a big franchise family means you get to play the game with some serious advantages. Here's the benefits:- Buying Power: You're not just one shop buying stuff; you're part of a massive group that orders in bulk, scoring you way better deals. This can make those royalty fees seem like peanuts.- Solid Connections: It's not just about cheaper stuff. It's about getting the good stuff, on time, with support. Being in a franchise gets you these golden connections right off the bat.- Helping Hands: It's more than just saving bucks. It's about having a crew to guide you, train you, and help you market your business. So, if you're on the fence about jumping into a franchise, think about the big picture. It's more than the fees; it's about the perks, the community, and the support. If you find the right fit, the opportunities aren't just big; they're game-changing. Let's dive in and find that perfect franchise that lights you up and pushes you forward. Because when you're part of something bigger, the sky's the limit.https://lnkd.in/dZHaTRYn
